Quality standards
We believe that continuous education is the only way to improve the quality of service we provide for your pets. Therefore all our staff are required to attend regular training seminars and courses to increase their knowledge and skills. We are also busy introducing online training for our staff to make sure you get accurate advice and your pets always get the best treatment possible.
Education
We take as much time as possible in the consulting room to fully explain our patient’s condition to their owners and where possible use visual aids to make sure owners understand their pet’s condition and treatment. We also encourage you to bring your children along when your pets come for routine vaccinations and check-ups, as this will increase the bond between children and their pets, and also educate your children in the “art” of caring for pets.
